Oakmont Management Group is seeking an Activity Coordinator for Traditions Memory Care in Los Angeles County to organize and lead engaging activities, promoting residents' independence and quality of life.

The role requires 18+, a high school diploma, 1 year of senior activity coordination, and a valid Class C license. Proficiency with MS Office is expected; flexibility for health guidelines is noted.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer one (1) year of experience coordinating activities with seniors.
• Requires current Class C driver license; Class B preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Vaccination or PPE may be required per health guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Organize and promote engaging activities and excursions for Traditions Memory Care.
• Foster a rewarding social atmosphere and resident participation.
• Communicate with residents, families, visitors, and team members with tact.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Able to drive community vehicles and support transport.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
