Responsibilities include coordinating with the Memory Care Director, ensuring resident participation, and maintaining safety. A high school diploma and 1 year of senior activity coordination are preferred; a current Class C license is

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prefer one year of experience coordinating or teaching activities with seniors.
• Requires Class C driver license (Class B preferred) for resident transport.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist Memory Care Director in creating a rewarding social atmosphere with regularly scheduled activities.
• Promote resident participation through events, excursions, clubs, games, and classes.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, co-workers and supervisors.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Able to drive community vehicles and support transportation needs.
