Complete Care Management LLC is hiring a Memory Care Coordinator to join our Maryland-based team. The role focuses on coordinating memory care services, observing rounds, and educating staff, residents, and families while ensuring compliance with care guidelines.

Candidates will have prior memory care experience, and experience managing clinical staff is preferred. This full-time, day-shift position includes in-house training and growth opportunities within a supportive care environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing clinical staff and coordinating with residents and families.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with healthcare software.

Responsibilities

• Observes and coordinates care needs with nursing staff.
• Conduct rounds during the shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents and resident family members.
• Ensure staff are performing duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.
