Complete Care - MidAtlantic in Maryland is seeking a Memory Care Coordinator to observe and coordinate care needs alongside our nursing staff, ensuring compassionate, person-centered support for residents.

The role involves conducting rounds, educating staff and residents' families, and verifying duties to meet local, state, and federal guidelines; prior Memory Care experience is required.

We offer in-house training, growth opportunities, and a supportive team in a full-time day shift.

Qualifications

• Prior experience managing clinical staff and coordinating with residents/families required
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group
• Computer knowledge required
• Previous long term care experience is required
• Memory Care experience required

Responsibilities

• Observes and coordinates care needs in conjunction with nursing staff.
• Conduct rounds throughout the shift.
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members.
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.
