Complete Care is hiring a Memory Care Coordinator in Maryland. This full-time, day-shift position coordinates resident care with nursing staff, conducts rounds, and provides education to staff, residents and family members.

Qualifications include memory care experience, experience managing clinical staff, ability to work independently, and basic computer skills. Prior long-term care experience is required.

• Ability to work independently or part of a group
• Computer knowledge
• Previous long term care experience is required
• Memory Care experience required

Responsabilités

• Observes and coordinates care needs in conjunction with nursing staff.
• Conduct rounds throughout the shift.
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members.
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.
