Job summary

Orchard Pointe at Glendale in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Memory Support Director to lead our memory care program with clinical oversight and a resident-centered approach. You will guide the caregiver team, ensure high-quality care, and drive adherence to memory care protocols.

Experience in supervising shifts, training staff, and coordinating with regulatory agencies is valued. This is a full-time role with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within a multi-site organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in dementia care or related health fields.
• 1+ year management experience including hiring, coaching, and supervision.
• Montessori Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to assist residents with limited mobility (up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and clinical oversight of memory care program.
• Implement Portraits Program with Montessori methods.
• Assess residents before move-in and ongoing reviews.
• Supervise caregiver team with training and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance via observations and audits (Yardi, Care Stream).
• Coordinate with families, home health, hospice, and regulators.
