Job summary

Brightview Senior Living seeks a Memory Care Director/Wellspring Village Director to lead dementia care across the Wellspring Village at Brightview. You will guide care services, programming, staffing, and resident assessments, ensuring vibrant, high-quality care for residents with cognitive impairment.

You will build and supervise a dedicated team, coordinate with health services and families, and drive program development to enhance resident well-being while maintaining Brightview standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Gerontology or related field with a focus on aging and a minimum of three years’ experience working directly with people living with cognitive impairment; degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a 24 x 7 environment.
• Knowledge of biological, psychological, and social factors affecting people living with cognitive impairment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all care, services and programming within Wellspring Village.
• Attract, retain, coach, motivate and lead a high performing associates team.
• Develop and oversee a broad range of programming to engage residents.
