You will plan and run spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programs, encourage participation, organize events, and use newsletters and social media to showcase daily joys to residents, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly connect with people and learn about them.
• Utilize talents as a singer, dancer, artist, poet, historian, or trivia expert to engage residents.
• Maintain a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
• Active Driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Get to know the residents to help with planning and implementation of programming across spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional needs.
• Participate in activities and help organize and run games, painting, singing, and music.
• Encourage residents to participate in activities and programs.
• Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase the fun things happening each day.
