Qualifications

• College degree required and nursing or related health services knowledge preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a dementia unit or memory care setting.
• Management leadership experience and ability to hire, direct, and supervise staff.
• First Aid/CPR certification is required.
• Strong understanding of aging and effective communication with seniors.
• Familiarity with state regulations and quality standards in care settings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, ADP, EHR, and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enliven memory care program and manage day-to-day operations.
• Direct planning, implementation, and evaluation of services and budget.
• Develop care plans addressing resident needs and coordinate with healthcare providers.
• Coordinate with Executive Director, HR, and other departments on staffing, hiring, and evaluations.
• Oversee medication administration and associated state-law practices.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and KPI tracking in Enliven operations.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and supervise Enliven staff and provide supervision.
• Foster family communication and participate in resident assessments.
• Collaborate with sales for pre-move-in assessments and care planning.
