Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Memory Care Director for the Traditions neighborhood in our California communities. The role oversees dementia care delivery, activities, and culinary services to exceed resident and family expectations, guiding a personalized care plan with a focus on independence and quality of life.

The position drives alignment with regulatory requirements, personnel recruitment, scheduling, and interdepartmental collaboration with Culinary and Health Services to support

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Prefer 2 years of dementia care experience.
• Prefer 1 year supervising employees.
• BA/BS in Gerontology, Psychology, Sociology, or related field; or 3+ years in social services residential care.
• Residential Care Facility Administrator license may be required.
• CPR and Food Handler certifications required or obtainable.
• Pass background check and health screenings including TB.

Aufgaben

• Maintains a safe and secure environment for all team members, residents, and guests.
• Ensures compliance with state regulations concerning memory care.
• Manages recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and staff retention.
• Coordinates staff scheduling to maintain adequate coverage.
• Collaborates with Health Services to meet resident needs and care plans.
• Supports activities and dining to ensure resident well‑being.
