You will collaborate with culinary, activities and health services to implement tailored care plans.

The role emphasizes safety, staffing coordination, and regulatory compliance across the memory care department while supporting residents and families daily.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age.
• Prefer two years of experience with persons with dementia.
• Prefer one year of experience supervising and managing employees.
• BA/BS in Gerontology, psychology, sociology, or related field or 3 years in related settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Traditions memory care neighborhood to exceed resident and family expectations.
• Collaborate with culinary, activities, and health services to develop personalized care plans.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and adequate staffing per company standards.
• Coordinate resident activities, dining, and nutrition needs; support health services coordination.
