Frontier Senior Living is seeking an outstanding Memory Care Director for the Grand Montecito Memory Care community in Las Vegas, NV. The role focuses on managing daily operations, maximizing occupancy, and delivering high-quality resident care and services.

The candidate should have an active Nevada nursing license or 5+ years in memory care leadership in long-term care settings. Strong leadership, budgeting, and regulatory compliance are essential, with opportunities to shape Frontier Culture.

Competenze

• Must have appropriate licensure in the State of Nevada (i.e., Assisted Living, Memory Care, Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)). License must be active and in good standing.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in memory care/director or similar role in long term care and senior living settings; candidates meeting both qualifications will be highly considered.
• Must be able to relate to the elderly in a positive manner.
• Must possess good marketing and public relations skills.
• Must understand budgeting, financial record keeping and reporting and be aware of State and Federal regulations.
• A minimum of three years in a management position operating retirement, assisted living or skilled nursing communities.

• Operate the community to meet budgeting and census guidelines, ensuring profitability.
• Direct and monitor marketing activities to achieve high occupancy.
• Provide resident programs for social interaction, arts/crafts, exercise and education.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal laws and company policies; maintain relations with state regulators.
• Oversee healthcare-related programs (medications, bathing, charting) and staff development.
• Direct billing, accounting, and bookkeeping tasks; coordinate move-ins and residency status reviews.
• Lead and develop the community team; recruit, retain and coach staff.
• Maintain sanitation and service quality; monitor kitchen, meals, and resident satisfaction.
• Implement a continuous quality assurance program; maintain a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
