Job summary

Vitality Living Landmark Lifestyles at Tupelo is seeking a Memory Care Director to lead a compassionate dementia care team and deliver engaging, non-pharmacological programs for residents.

The role requires licensed nursing or social work credentials, CPR, 5+ years of dementia care experience, and 2–3 years of management. You will partner with interdisciplinary teams to tailor care plans and support families.

Qualifications

• Licensed and certified in Nursing or Social Work, CPR required.
• 5+ years of dementia care experience.
• 2–3 years of management/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead memory care operations and uphold standards to promote resident dignity and engagement.
• Develop monthly engagement calendars and facilitate daily programs.
• Supervise, coach, and develop memory care team members with Wellness Director.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to create personalized care plans and non-pharmacological interventions.
• Support move-ins and transitions, and maintain strong family communication.
• Coordinate with community partners and oversee regulatory compliance.
