Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prefer 2 years of dementia care experience and 1 year of supervision experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in gerontology, psychology, sociology, or related field; or 3+ years in social services/residential care.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, staff and guests.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations (Title 22) for memory care.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, motivate, and retain memory care staff.
• Coordinate staffing schedules to meet resident needs and company standards.
• Lead engaging daily activities and ensure quality dining experiences for residents.
• Coordinate care plans with Health Services and collaborate with physicians, nurses and other professionals.
