Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Director for the Ankeny, Iowa location. The role oversees Memory Care programs, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care for residents with dementia, and leading a dedicated team.

Requires a high school diploma (degree in a related field preferred) and at least two years in dementia care. Leadership experience is a plus; English communication is essential, and physical activity is expected throughout the shift.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in dementia care or related field.
• Leadership experience as a Director in a specialized dementia program preferred.
• Read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude and passion for resident well-being.
• Ability to print documents and enter information about residents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Memory Care team to deliver compassionate, resident-focused care.
• Implement and manage Memory Care programs to promote wellbeing for residents with dementia.
• Assemble and manage personalized care plans for memory care residents and coordinate with families.
• Ensure adherence to community standards, policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
