Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Memory Care Director to lead the memory care program at The Addison of Cherry Hill. You will drive assessments, care plans, and high-quality programming while ensuring regulatory compliance and a compassionate, mission-driven approach.

You will coach staff, coordinate family conferences, and manage programming calendars to deliver exceptional resident experiences. Strong leadership and dementia education are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Recreation Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience with dementia, leading programs, and staff education.
• Certifications: Activities Director, CTRS, Dementia Practitioner, or related certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents for Memory Care level and coordinate assessments and care plans.
• Lead Memory Care programming and ensure regulatory-compliant documentation.
• Coach and train Memory Care staff; supervise Memory Care team.
• Collaborate with Executive Director and Health and Wellness Director on care conferences and resident needs.
