Job summary

LCB Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Memory Care Director for our Ashland, MA community. This full-time, on-site role oversees the Reflections Memory Care program, ensuring high standards of care for residents living with dementia.

You will supervise care staff, coordinate individualized care plans, partner with nursing and clinical teams, and lead therapeutic activities while maintaining regulatory compliance and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have nursing skills with geriatric/memory care experience.
• Case management skills to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Knowledge of critical and general medicine to support clinical decisions.
• Training skills to educate and mentor staff on dementia care.
• Leadership experience in senior living or long-term care preferred.
• Familiarity with state regulations for assisted living and memory care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Licensure RN or LPN and related health/social work background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care staff and coordinate daily care plans.
• Partner with nursing and clinical teams to monitor resident health and safety.
