Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with memory impairment population and supervisory management.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission and core values of the Residence and LCB Senior Living.
• Grow occupancy by engaging with potential residents and families.
• Direct the Reflections Program and supervise staff and budgets.
• Develop quality improvement and safety processes for a secure environment.
• Coordinate family meetings and care planning with care directors.
