Meridian Senior Living is hiring a Memory Care Director in Florida to lead the Memory Care Neighborhood, ensuring resident care, safety, and quality of life in accordance with regulations and Meridian policies.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience caring for seniors with cognitive decline preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience in healthcare.
• Ability to train and develop staff; strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication with residents, families, and state officials.

Responsibilities

• Meet resident care and activity needs and manage the Memory Care Neighborhood.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and Meridian policies.
• Promote validation, resident socialization, and purposeful activity.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and high-quality care standards.
• Lead staff, supervise operations, and manage documentation and records.
