The Ashton at the Greens, a Sonida Senior Living community, seeks a Magnolia Trails Director (Memory Care Activities) in St. Augustine, FL. Lead memory care programming, train staff, and ensure resident safety while engaging families and prospective residents.

Position emphasizes calendar development, Pillars training, safety compliance, and ongoing education in a high-quality assisted living environment.

Formación

• Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• College credits required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on resident preferences.
• Train new staff on Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
• Ensure a safe environment for residents by following policies.
• Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
• Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their families when necessary.

Magnolia Trails Director (Memory Care Activities) Responsibilities Include
