A Server in a memory care, assisted living and/or independent living facility is responsible for providing excellent dining service to residents, ensuring a positive and enjoyable meal experience. This includes tasks like taking orders, serving food and beverages, setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness, and providing attentive service to residents’ needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately recording and delivering meal orders to residents.
• Delivering food and beverages promptly and attractively.
• Maintaining cleanliness and setting up the dining room before meals.
• Clearing tables and resetting for next service.
• Taking and delivering room service orders as needed.
• Answering questions about menu and dietary needs.
• Providing courteous, resident-focused service throughout meals.
• Following food safety procedures and collaborating with staff.
