Qualifications

• Provides efficient clerical and administrative support to the Memory Care Director.
• May be responsible for admissions of new residents and documentation.
• Maintains accurate information for residents’ medical records and related documents.
• Maintains confidentiality of residents’ information and ensures proper documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Memory Care Director.
• Assist with admissions of new residents and documentation.
• Assist with support plans and audits (med cart, MAR, room checks).
• Maintain residents' medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Notify physicians and families of health changes with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with care staff and other departments as needed.
