Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• CPR certification or willingness to become certified.
• Strong communication skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support to the Memory Care Director, including calls, messages and paperwork.
• Assists with resident admissions and assessments.
• Maintains accurate resident medical records and related documents.
• Performs audits (med cart, MAR, room checks) and ensures proper documentation.
• Notifies physicians and/or families of health changes and updates records.
