Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of cooking experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Food Handlers Certificate.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Ability to read and follow menus/recipes.
• Willingness to work with residents with Alzheimer’s or dementia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals for residents per dietary needs.
• Ensure quality, presentation, and timeliness of food items.
• Modify meals to meet nutritional requirements.
