You will greet guests, arrange transportation, coordinate reservations and activities, share event information, and handle light administrative tasks while upholding safety, compassion, and professional standards. The role also supports ongoing teamwork and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous customer service or concierge experience preferred; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Compassion for elderly residents; professional appearance and demeanor.
• Proficiency with office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and visitors, providing inquiries, directions, and requests.
• Arrange transportation, coordinate reservations, and assist with special requests or errands.
• Serve as central point of contact for residents and staff, communicating information about events and announcements.
• Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure residents feel valued and well-supported.
• Perform light administrative duties such as logs, scheduling, and check-in/check-out procedures.
• Assist in coordinating community events and activities to engage residents.
• Address concerns promptly and professionally to residents and families.
• Assist with security procedures and monitoring guest access.
