Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a compassionate Memory Care Aide to assist residents with activities of daily living, maintain dignity, and support engagement in memory care neighborhoods.

Starting at $17 per hour, candidates may need a CNA or CHHA license depending on state. The role includes care tasks, group activities, mealtime support, and ensuring timely communication with families and staff; DailyPay and full benefits are offered, with vaccination as applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors with dementia preferred.
• Acceptable English proficiency to perform duties and emergencies.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state.
• Basic computer skills; Outlook, Excel, Word required.
• Compassionate, kind, engaging and helpful.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Maintain positive, friendly demeanor toward residents and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Provide kind, caring, and consistent companionship and support to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility).
• Lead and participate in one-on-one and group activities.
• Assist with meals, memory care laundry, and basic housekeeping in memory care neighborhood.
• Address resident/family/employee concerns with timely response and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors and coworkers.

Skills
