Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking caring individuals to provide companionship and support to Memory Care residents, helping them stay as independent as possible in daily activities while upholding dignity. You will assist with activities of daily living, lead one-on-one and group activities, help during meals, and maintain a positive, professional demeanor toward residents and staff.

The role offers hourly pay of $19–$19.60 and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible team members, with DailyPay

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors with dementia.
• Proficiency in English to perform duties and communicate.
• Basic computer skills; Outlook, Excel, and Word required.
• Compassionate, kind, engaging and helpful.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Lead one-on-one and group activities.
• Serve residents during meals, assist with memory care laundry, and basic housekeeping within the memory care neighborhood.
• Ensure resident/family/employee concerns receive timely response and follow up to maintain high satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and coworkers.
