Senior Lifestyle Corporation seeks caring individuals to support Memory Care residents, helping with daily living activities and leading engaging group and one-on-one activities. The role emphasizes dignity, compassion, and a respectful, team-oriented environment.

The starting salary is $17 per hour, with opportunities to assist residents in daily tasks, meals, and social activities while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor within a compassionate care setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with seniors with dementia preferred.
• Proficient in English to communicate with team and emergencies.
• Basic computer skills required including Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and support to Memory Care residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living to promote independence.
• Lead one-on-one and group activities.
• Assist during mealtimes and with memory care laundry and basic housekeeping.
• Address resident/family/employee concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with residents and staff.
