Qualifications
- CNA Certification required for role.
- Non-certified candidates may enroll in Willow Valley training.
- Passion for serving older adults and healthcare interest.
Responsibilities
- Reinforce person-directed aging.
- Work from strengths-based perspective to create moments of joy.
- Encourage habilitative approaches to care.
- Provide comfort care aligned with autonomy and dignity.
- Prepare and serve meals per household menus.
- Assist with laundry and keep living spaces clean and comfortable.
- Coordinate daily household life with team members.
- Document services and care provided.
