Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to support residents with daily living and person-centered care. Compensation is up to $24.50 per hour, with float and shift differentials. The role includes a rich benefits package and growth opportunities within Erickson Senior Living communities.

Requirements include a CNA certification valid for the state, CPR preferred, and at least 18 years old. Prior CNA/GNA experience is preferred.

• Collaborating with the clinical team to meet residents' needs in a timely manner.

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.
