Job summary

Willow Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a CNA to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a 164-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility. You will assist with ADLs, observe changes, and support the care team in a fast-paced setting.

We offer full-time, part-time, and per-diem opportunities with a $4,000 sign-on bonus for new FT hires, $20.50–$26/hour plus $3/hour extra if benefits are waived, and a $1/hour evening/night differential. Daily pay available.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to ensure residents' physical and emotional needs are met.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, environment that promotes dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
