Job summary

Menno Haven in Chambersburg, PA, seeks a Memory Homes Team Member to provide personalized care in our Memory Care Houses and support residents with dementia in a homelike setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, or active nurse aide registry status.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred or willing to obtain.
• ServeSafe Education preferred.
• Ability to obtain Med Tech certification as required.
• Good communication with residents, families and staff.
• Strong planning and organizational skills; basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and support in Memory Care Houses.
• Assist with daily living activities, dining, housekeeping, and programming.
• Create a home-like environment for residents with dementia.
