Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant/CNA for Memory Care on 1st or 2nd shift. You will support residents with daily living activities, meals, and personal care in a compassionate, dignity-driven environment.

Applicants should enjoy caring for others, have reliable transportation, and demonstrate a can-do attitude with solid reading/writing skills. Lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods are required.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy caring for others.
• Reading, writing, and basic math/communication skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living with respect and dignity.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, laundry, bed making, and other duties of care.
• Assist residents with meals and snacks and feeding if necessary.
• Housekeeping duties as necessary.
