Job summary

Morning Pointe Memory Care Communities is seeking a Resident Assistant/CNA for 1st or 2nd shift to support residents in a secure, compassionate memory care setting. You will help with daily living activities, meals, and ensure a safe, dignified lifestyle that promotes independence.

The ideal candidate embraces empathy, teamwork, and professional conduct while delivering high-quality care and engaging residents in meaningful activities.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods and be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, laundry, bed making).
• Assist residents with meals and snacks; help with setup and feeding.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed to maintain a clean living environment.
• Provide care with kindness, dignity and respect, and communicate effectively with teammates.
