Morning Pointe Memory Care Communities is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant/CNA to support residents with daily living activities in a caring, dignified environment. You will engage residents in meaningful activities and collaborate with a team to ensure safety and comfort across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide daily living assistance with respect and dignity.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to meet physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs with respect and dignity.
• Provide bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and perineal care as needed.
• Assist with meals, setup, service and feeding.
• Perform housekeeping duties as necessary.
