Trilogy Health Services, LLC's Memory Care Center of Excellence is seeking a compassionate CNA to support seniors with dementia in a dedicated neighborhood at Paddock Springs in Warsaw, Indiana. You will assist with ADLs, observe changes, and partner with licensed staff to promote safety, dignity, and quality of life.

This role emphasizes dementia-informed care, teamwork, and ongoing training; orientation includes completing the Trilogy Legacy Dementia Education Program.

Competenze

• Active and unencumbered CNA certification as required by the state of practice.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.
• Previous caregiving, hospitality, customer service, senior living, healthcare, memory care, or related experience preferred.
• Must be willing and able to complete the Trilogy Legacy Dementia Education Program during orientation and annually thereafter, as well as maintain competency validation.

Mansioni

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care through dementia‑informed practices to support the residents' dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Deliver hands‑on personal resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and dining support.
• Monitor residents for changes in physical, cognitive, behavioral, and emotional well‑being.
• Utilize dementia‑focused communication techniques and individualized care approaches to support residents living with dementia and other memory‑related conditions.
• Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, residents, and families to provide exceptional care and ensure continuity of services.
