Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Engagement Associate for our Memory Care Neighborhood at Paddock Springs in Warsaw, IN. You will build meaningful relationships, support daily living activities, and deliver person-centered dementia care in a warm, home-like setting.

Ideal candidates bring compassion, 0–1 year of relevant experience, and a willingness to complete the Dementia Education Program during orientation, plus HHA certification within 6 months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• HHA certification preferred in Indiana locations.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Previous caregiving, hospitality, customer service, senior living, healthcare, memory care, or related experience preferred.
• Must complete the Trilogy Legacy Dementia Education Program during orientation and annually thereafter.
• Must become Home Health Aide (HHA) certified (in Indiana) within the first 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide memory care and dementia support by assisting residents with ADLs, dining, mobility, and other needs while promoting dignity and independence.
• Learn each resident's life story to deliver personalized, person-centered care and exceptional experiences.
• Create engaging activities that support cognitive, physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.
• Support a relationship-based dementia care model with effective communication and retained abilities.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, dining, and environmental services for holistic resident support.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, home-like environment with dining support, light housekeeping, and documentation.
