Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team at Paddock Springs, US-IN-Warsaw. You will provide daily nursing care and support based on each resident’s plan of care, while offering companionship and encouragement.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, monitoring residents and communicating changes to the care team, and maintaining a safe, comfortable environment for all residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state CNA Certification required.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting as needed.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
