Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as transferring, mobility, bathing, continence care, grooming, and dress.
• Support residents at meals, activities, appointments, and events, including mobility aids.
• Accurately document care provided and communicate with the care team for continuity of care.
