Solera Senior Living in Evanston is seeking a Caregiver (CNA/PCA) to assist residents with daily living activities and promote dignity, comfort, and independence. This role works under supervision and follows care plans to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Flexible schedules with weekends required. Candidates must be dependable, compassionate, and possess strong communication skills to support residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications

• Annual flu vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and safety.
• Support residents in meals, activities, appointments, and other events, including mobility assistance.
• Accurately document care, complete shift summaries, and communicate with the team.
