Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including transferring, mobility, bathing, briefs, peri-care, toileting, oral hygiene, grooming, dressing, and changing linens.
• Support residents at meals and activities and assist with walkers, wheelchairs, and daily schedules.
• Accurately document care, complete shift summaries, and communicate with the care team for continuity of care.
