Jackson Creek Memory Care is seeking skilled CNAs to care for residents with memory care needs. CNAs work 12-hour shifts and earn $21.00-25.00 per hour, with full-time benefits where applicable. After applying, candidates complete a questionnaire about availability and fit with current needs.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess, as a minimum, an 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state. CPR Preferred.

Aufgaben

• Identify residents before administering treatments using wristbands or photo cards.
• Report changes in resident’s condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse as soon as practical.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information including protected health information.
