Job summary

Oxford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 179-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility, is seeking a Memory Care CNA to join Marquis Health Consulting Services. You will provide compassionate, hands-on care under licensed nursing staff, with shifts 7AM-3PM or 3PM-11PM, including weekends.

Starting pay is $19-$21.50 per hour, with daily pay options and part-time opportunities. Must hold CNA license in the state and BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care to meet residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and support the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality care.
