Charter Senior Living – Annapolis, MD is seeking compassionate Caregivers and CNAs to support residents in Memory Care. Part-time and PRN opportunities, with shifts from 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, including every-other-weekend rotations.

Qualificações

• Active CNA certification preferred
• Assisted living, memory care, or long-term care experience preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and attendance reliability

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support mobility, transfers, and personal care
• Follow individualized care plans
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Document care provided per community standards
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Collaborate with nurses and care team
