Charter Senior Living of Oak Openings in Ohio is hiring Caregivers/CNA for Memory Care with 8-hour shifts. Starting pay from $16-17/hr, with paid training and flexible scheduling. Join a compassionate team that honors each resident’s life story and fosters meaningful connections with families.

Ideal candidates have assisted living or memory care experience and a heart for serving seniors. You will support daily activities, build relationships, and help create a safe, welcoming environment.

Formación

• Previous caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, or senior living experience preferred.
• Assisted living or memory care experience a plus.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for serving seniors and enhancing quality of life.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support resident care plans and individualized needs
• Assist with mobility, transfers, dressing, grooming, and bathing
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Document care and services provided
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and community leadership
• Help create meaningful experiences for residents each day
