Job summary

Artis Senior Living in Olney, MD is hiring Care Partners (CNAs) to support residents with Alzheimer's and dementia. You will assist with daily living activities, respond to emergencies, document care, and transport residents to meals and activities.

Starting pay is $20 per hour with part-time and PRN openings across all three shifts, including every-other-weekend. We offer medical, dental, and vision plans, paid holidays, three weeks PTO in the first year, a 401(k) with employer match, and

Qualifications

• CNA certification required where state mandates it.
• Maintain continuing education credits as required by state.
• Willing to obtain and maintain First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (grooming, hygiene, toileting, bathing, eating).
• Assist with personal and household chores and errands.
• Transport residents to meals and activities and enrollments.
• Review and follow resident care plans.
• Observe residents for changes and report to clinical staff.
• Respond to emergency calls and ensure safety.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and safety policies.
• Adhere to infection prevention and safety regulations.
