Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation in Evans, GA is seeking a Certified Medication Aide for Memory Care (MC) on a full-time, on-site basis. You will supervise self-administered meds and provide nursing care to residents, supporting ADLs and daily living activities.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 1+ month of experience (senior living preferred), and a current Medication Technician certification per state regulations. Basic computer skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ months of experience; senior living preferred.
• Current Medication Technician certification per state regulations.
• English proficiency to perform duties and communicate with staff/residents.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supervise self-administered medication for Memory Care per MAR/TAR and guidelines.
• Count and sign narcotics with approved personnel before accepting keys; report discrepancies.
• Order medications and notify when stock is below required levels.
• Notify supervisor when stock is low and meds not yet received.
• Verify all new MARs against current MARs at changeover; report discrepancies.
• Provide personal care and assist with ADLs, bathing, grooming, etc.
• Document information in daily logs and communicate concerns to supervisor.
• Maintain and restock medicine carts; ensure proper storage and labeling.
• Attend training and in-services; ensure medical charts are complete within 48 hours.
