Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to provide direct, personalized care to residents in a supportive community. You will assist with activities of daily living, promote comfort and safety, and help residents maintain independence with dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements, such as CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA, or the willingness/ability to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers) per protocols.
• Promote independence, emotional support, and dignity.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Support light housekeeping tasks (making beds, tidying rooms).
• Maintain open communication with residents, families, and staff.
