Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver for PT night shifts (Sun-Sat) to support Memory Care residents. The role focuses on daily living activities, safety, and building meaningful relationships with residents in a hospitable, high‑quality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Nurses Aide certification preferred.
• Current first aid certification.
• Background clearances as required by government regulations.
• Must be able to read and speak English.
• Ability to follow oral and written directions.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred; on-the-job training available.
• Must be 18+ or have proper work permit.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to resident needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Follow care plans to ensure proper resident care.
• Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals.
• Provide mealtime assistance and serve meals.
• Transport residents safely to meals and activities.
• Perform regular safety checks on residents.
• Encourage participation in activities.
• Handle laundry and other duties as assigned.
• Manage oxygen equipment per MD orders.
• Document information and report changes immediately.
• Respond to resident alerts using walkie-talkies.
• Assist with safety drills.
