Franklin Park Alamo Heights in San Antonio, TX is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our memory care and assisted living teams. You will provide person-centered care, assist residents with daily activities, and support dignity and independence in a warm, home-like setting.

Ideal candidates have caregiver or Med Tech experience, are dependable, patient, and team-oriented. Night shifts include laundry and cleaning equipment; a strong commitment to resident well-being is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Have training and/or experience as a Care Giver or have experience working as a Med Tech
• Be very dependable
• Have patience and the ability to relate to people with memory challenges
• Want to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including dining, dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, transfers, and ambulating.
• Promote resident independence and participation in activities.
• Encourage engagement in hobbies and community events.
• Night shift duties include laundry and cleaning equipment.
